It's their vibe, and their commitment to a real connection with the food, and with those who come to eat. I ordered the lamb kabobs, roasted rosemary potatoes, and sautéed seasonal veggies, then watched it roast in the outdoor adobe oven. Their cuisine is flavorful Mediterranean, and cooked to chef's kiss perfection. It was fun watching the family in action; everyone has their role in cooking and serving. Fresh loaves of sourdough bread were coming out of the oven simultaneously, and they offered delicious cold beverages of homemade herbal infused berry and pineapple sodas. I didn't want to leave. "Alquimia Sagrada es, sin duda, la experiencia culinaria más sabrosa, saludable, artística y acogedora que he tenido en la zona. Cada platillo es una verdadera caricia al paladar, preparado con ingredientes orgánicos, de temporada y con muchísimo amor. Está ubicado en el kilómetro 40.5 de la carretera libre Tijuana–Ensenada, dentro de Tempest Trading. Es un rincón especial donde se respira calma y se siente la dedicación de una familia hermosa que realmente ama lo que hace. No dejen de probar su pan de masa madre horneado en su horno ancestral —¡es una delicia imperdible! Todo lo que sirven tiene un sabor auténtico y lleno de intención. Además, están integrando una botica herbal donde la dueña, experta en plantas, ofrece consultas personalizadas, pomadas, tinturas y más, todo hecho a mano con mucha intención. El ambiente es acogedor y familiar, y los fines de semana hay música en vivo (viernes a domingo) para todos los gustos, desde quien quiere bailar hasta quien solo quiere disfrutar. También hay tienditas con productos únicos y especiales. Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan un espacio tranquilo, comida consciente y un servicio lleno de calidez.
