Local, organic, pasture-raised Baja beef shank simmered for hours in our rustic tomato–garlic broth — a blend of North African spice warmth, Italian countryside comfort, and our own Baja earthiness. Served in tender pieces with house sourdough gently stewed into the broth for a deep, ancestral, soul-warming bowl.

A roots-inspired pozole made with seasonal Baja ingredients, a rich dried-chile broth, and hearty hominy. Filled with roasted pumpkin, shiitake + baby bella mushrooms, and other seasonal veggies. Served with red cabbage, avocado, and a touch of Alquimia magic.


Ancestral Grain & Veggie Salad (Vegan, GF) 280mx
A vibrant mix of ancient grains, apple, kale, quelite, red cabbage, garbanzo, cucumber and dates. Tossed in a creamy honey dijon vinaigrette. Hearty, wholesome, topped with avocado and candied pecans.
