This ain’t a quesabirria. It’s slow-braised local “lechal”lamb + melted cheese + crispy sourdough with a side of rich broth for dipping or sipping. Hot, melty, juicy, meaty  perfection.

A grounding bowl of ancestral grains, grilled broccoli, mushrooms and carrots, fresh cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado, served with sweet potato veggie cakes
and creamy tahini sauce.

Savory Lamb Bone Broth “Lechal” (Cup) 95mx
A rich, slow-simmered elixir crafted from locally raised lamb bones, herbs, and spices. Comforting yet light, this nourishing cup is packed with natural minerals and protein — a soothing,

flavor-filled way to replenish body and spirit. Perfect as a warm sip on its own or as a restorative side to any meal.

House-made cacao sourdough with dried blueberries, pecans, and chocolate chunks, served with a silky coconut–vanilla cream, wild berry mermelada, and a drizzle of honey. Decadent, soulful, and naturally sweet — a tribute to cacao and the flavors of the mountain.


Sourdough Crepe de Pera & Herb Cheese 220mx
Thin sourdough crepe with honey-balsamic glazed pears, herbed house-made cheese, candied walnuts, cacao nibs & a warm maple coconut-cream drizzle. A golden alchemy of sweet and savory, born from our mountain garden.
